13 Reasons Why was first released on March 31, 2017. It is an American Teen-Drama by Brian Yorkey. The series got pretty famous on Netflix because of the plot. It focused on High-school life, what students really face there. There are currently three seasons on Netflix, and the fourth season release date was just announced today. However, no trailer has been released yet only a teaser.
The plot of 13 Reasons Why is pretty thrilling and addictive. A young girl takes her own life after facing High school gossips, bullying, and sexual assaults by her fellow classmates. In order to get back at them, she records 13 tapes, each tape containing a story about a person how they were the reason behind her suicide. But the latest season was different, it was not about that young girl “Hannah Baker”. It was about Bryce Walker, In Season 3 he was murdered and the season was about finding the culprit behind even though everyone thought he deserved it.
13 Reasons Why Season 3 (Quick Recap)
Clay and his friends managed to save Tyler if you remember Season 2 left us with a major cliffhanger, but it was cleared in the Season 3’s first episode. Bryce goes missing after a fight in a big game. Later, it was revealed that he was found dead. We pretty much knew that the culprit is one of the Clay Squad. At first, Clay was blamed for the murder as he had the motive and means, he already tried once killing Bryce in Season 2 but Justin talked him out. We got to see the Dark sides of every good guy in the town.
13 Reasons Why Season 4: Netflix’s Most Controversial Show
Bryce wanted to change, but nobody believed him. Zach and Bryce get into a fight because he didn’t tell Bryce that his Ex was pregnant, Bryce breaks Zach leg in the game ruining his only chance of scholarship. This makes Zach furious, he finds out where Bryce is currently, and then beat him really bad ends up breaking his leg and arm and left him to die there. Alex and Jessica then come there because Bryce wanted to give Jessica a tape, however, in the heated moment Alex kills him.
Clay and his friends then covered everything up, saving Alex and Zach, blames everything on Monty who was already in jail and dead. When finally when it was all over, Monty’s boyfriend pays a visit to Ani and tells her that Monty was with him and that he knows that they are all lying and covering for someone. Also, another cliffhanger they left us with was Tyler guns were found by some people in a boat which might lead back to Tyler. So, if Tyler’s in trouble Tony and Clay are too.

Cast
Cast will be the same as 13 Reasons Why Season 3, Justin Prentice will also make an appearance in the show. However, it will only be a flashback.
Katherine Langford as Hannah Baker, Dylan Minnette as Clay Jensen. Brandon Flynn as Justin Foley, Ross Butler as Zach and Yes, Ani will be in 13 Reasons Why Season 4.
Teaser and Release Date
Netflix revealed the release date today, it’s 5th June 2020. We were not expecting it this soon though since the pandemic is going on. Netflix surprises us a lot in a good way.
Let’s find out what happens to the squad now. Winston going to mess them up pretty bad.
