What is Clockwork Castellan?

For the most part, these are small dolls that have a strange sound coming out of them once you are close by. They aren’t part of the original Resident Evil 4, but rather new to the Remake.

When you find the Constellas, you will unlock a special Achievement and Trophy named Wind-up. There are around 16 Clockwork Castellans spread around the game in different chapters, so let’s find them one by one.

After finding one, you will get a silver doll graphics icon present on the Result Screen.

  • First Chapter – Go to the area known as Lakeside Settlement where you will find a dynamite thrower in the house. It’s on a broken roof.
  • Second Chapter – When you open the game using the Hexagonal Emblem, go up and get inside the hut. You will find it on your left.
  • Third Chapter – After you talk with the Quarry merchant, you need to go down the ladder. Look up and you will find it between wooden boxes and a roof.
  • Forth Chapter – On the North-West Side, you should slow down your boat and get out. Open the door using Insignia Key and take the ladder which is just behind that door. In the Forest Altar area, you will find it behind the fence.
  • Fifth Chapter – Go to the Village Square and then go to Chief’s Manor. The Clockwork Castellan is found in the attic.
  • Sixth Chapter – When you go down the hill after facing your first enemy, you will find this Constellation below the bonfire.
  • Seventh Chapter – When you meet the guy with claws known as Garrador, you have to open the dungeon door and go down. You will find Castellan’s Location in the Storage Room of the Resident Evil 4 Remake.
  • Eighth Chapter – After going back and taking the route towards the castle wall top, you will find a Big Ogre throwing those rocks. Take the right and drop, facing the map’s west side and right side of the tower. Find the second tower, enter it and you will find it on the rooftop.

  • Tenth Chapter – Find the sewer merchant and you will find it outside that, behind the bars.

  • Fourteenth Chapter – Enter the tunnel from the massive gate after the Amber Storeroom cutscene. Go to the south here and you will find Castellans on right on the locker.
  • Fifteenth Chapter – Go through the ruins and go to the building having a dark room with ceiling body bags. It is known as Specimen Storage. You will find the Castellan on the wooden beam above the chest in the north of the little room with a treasure chest.
