Ben Affleck first made an appearance as Batman in Batman V Superman back in 2016. The movie was directed by Zack Snyder and is a part of DCEU. He defied all the expectations of the fans in the movie. Ben Affleck brought a dark and tormented version of Batman on our screens. Batman and Superman fight is considered to be the best fight in the history of DC Movies. Also, Affleck’s Batman is the most realistic one.

Back in July, The Culture Nerd and their sources at TCN stated that Ben Affleck has signed a new contract and will be returning as Batman. Now the project is confirmed, it’s the Flash official solo movie. He will be returning as The Batman in the Flash 2020 movie. In 2018, Affleck’s marriage ended with Jennifer Garner which had a huge emotional impact on Affleck’s life. In 2019, he announced that he is retiring as Batman and won’t be appearing on the big screens anymore.

He’s a very substantial part of the emotional impact of the movie.
