Basically, after the recent update, many things got fixed, and some got worse. The Missing Staff Bug is one of the latter things that got glitched out.
In this Bug, you might be unable to hire one of the staff members. It depends on the player and has a random chance, but most of the users found out that they were unable to hire Drae.
