At the meditation point jump on your right towards the bridge. Take the ledge points to get towards the top. Take the Left and then the Right. Run the wall and you will find a chest in the end. This Chest will provide you with the Nocular Body as a reward.

Again, from the same spot, jump towards the bridge. Climb up from the ledge and take the left. Again, go left this time and fight the enemies to get Jedha Scroll.
Penitent Chambers Collectible 3

Jump to the bridge again or use the zipline. Go up through the ledges. Take the left and then take the left again. Go onwards, run the walls, sticking to your right till a grapple point comes. Then go left and ump towards the wall, drop down, and use the ledge to get right below the mountain. Proceed onwards, straight, jumping up using the grapple and sticking right from there.
Pick up the stuff beside you and again go up the structure on your right. Open the box and you will get the Wanderer Outfit Material and Jedha Scroll.
