Being a Harry Potter game, it’s no secret that spells are going to be the main combat scheme here. You will swirl your magic wand, utter some magic words and you have magic coming out of a stick. That is the main concept here.

We are not sure how things will work out in this game, especially the Hogwarts Legacy Spells but we do know that there are going to be spells here (Harry Potter Game Obviously). There isn’t any more to talk about here, so let’s just straight to the Available Spells in Hogwarts Legacy.

There has been a new game out recently by the name of Victoria 3. It is considered one of the best Strategic Games so far. Check out our Victoria 3 Review to know whether it’s worth your time or not.

Available Spells in Hogwarts Legacy

Harry Potter Hogwarts Legacy is going to be playable to the community around February 2023. There are some teasers out of potentially being Hogwarts Legacy Spells and below we tried to discuss all of them in detail.

Mysterious Magic

Just as the name suggests this Spell in Hogwarts Legacy is a Magic Type that you can cast in the game. It is going to be an essential Magic that is quite not understood even by the Professors here in this Harry Potter game.

Yes, you can use this Spell during combat, but the incantations that you will use are quite not revealed yet.

Crucio

Crucio is a Torture Curse that you can use to put pain on the target. It is a Deadly Spell in Hogwarts Legacy that can even harm the enemies if used to a greater extent.

Descendo

You wouldn’t find it difficult to understand that this is one of those Hogwarts Legacy Spells that puts down the objects. Using this you can throw them, slam them and call the objects with force upon enemies to damage them.

Petrificus Totalus

A Good Spell in Hogwarts allows you to petrify the target, either enemy or friend.

Offense Spell

In the Official Gameplay Video, we were blessed with an Offense Spell that is used for the purpose of Dueling in Hogwarts Legacy. It isn’t quite known what is the name of this spell, but we do know that this Spell in the Harry Potter Game is going to be for battles.

When you use this Spell, there will be a red line that comes out from the Wand and then goes onward to the Target. Some refer to it as a Blue Spark Spell variation.

Rictusempra

A Distracting Spell in Hogwarts that puts your target in an uncontrollable Laughter. With this, you can take the attention of the target towards another thing and you can make an entry.

Flipendo

The most used spell in the Harry Potter Movie and is now being used in the Harry Potter Game as well. This spell throws the target backward and forces them to get back. It is more like an Offensive Spell but you can use it in various different scenarios

Riddikulus

One of the Shape-Shifting Spells in Hogwarts Legacy allows you to change the shape of the target.

Accio

With this spell, you can summon objects into your arm. It is as good as the imagination can get. You can check out more of this Spell in an amazing Hogwarts Legacy Gameplay Guide from WhatGamingGear.com

Stupefy.

One of the best ones in our Guide to Spells in Hogwarts Legacy. Stupefy allows you to stun the target. You can use it to make an entrance, get some time and even use it to beat enemies in combat.

Incendio

Not what you would expect from the name but this Spell is associated with Conjuring Fire. As in the trailer, you can take some tidbits out when they are casting the Fire Spell Incendio.

Protego

One of the Defensive Hogwarts Legacy Spells saves you from the damage that is being dealt to your side. It is an exceptional combat skill used for defensive purposes.

Lumus

A Luminous Spell that allows you to make your Wand a FlashLight. Yes, you heard that right, when you use the incantation, the tip of your Wand throws out the light. You have seen it in the Harry Potter Movies as well.

Avada Kedavra

Honestly, you can go more overkill than this spell in our whole Guide to Spells in Hogwarts Legacy. Using it will kill your target, simple as that! Yes, it’s not a spell that is allowed, and also not a commonly used one.

Wingardium Leviosa

Finally, we are here to the Last Hogwarts Legacy Spell named Wingardium Leviosa. Doesn’t it sound like you heard it somewhere? Well, Harry Potter Hermione Granger used that amazing style more often than others in the Movies.

When you cast this Spell you start levitating and lifting things in the air. Keep in mind it’s a non-human spell and only takes the object around one foot to the ground, not that far off. You can use it on clothes and cats or some other object you desire, as long as that object is not human.
