Winter is quite harsh in Sons of the Forest because you will have to survive using different skills. One of the most difficult things is getting water to survive in the winter season.
Typically, the lakes aren’t frozen and you can just use the 3D printer to get a water flash and utilize it. But, in the winter season, the lakes are all frozen which makes it quite impossible to drink directly through the lakes. Here’s how to get water during winter in Sons of the Forest.
Look for Streams of Water near the Frozen Lake or river
Run through the whole frozen lake in search of small streams of water. You can basically walk on the frozen lake or river, which makes it easier in every possible way. Somewhere around the edge, where the frozen lake meets the land, you will find a small stream to interact with.
One tip here is to find the waterfall and look out around it in order to get the streams of water around the lakes.
Get Water Flash using a 3D Printer
