How to Speak to Captain Marquez in Starfield
In the quest “The Devils You Know”, there is a side quest that tells you to go and Speak to Captain Marquez. Marquez is the local head of the Vanguard. To do this, you will have to head to the “The Den”, and then Dock your Ship there.
As you proceed inside the ship, you will find Captain Marquez on the right side. The full name is Rayna Marquez, and yes, she is a female.
Talk to her and tell her that you are with the Vanguard. She will ask you, what can she do for you. This will complete the quest, as you have spoken to Captain Marquez in Starfield.
