First things first, you will have to interact with the holding chamber. This will allow you to get the Internal NeuroAMP Prototype. After you have it done, a quest marker will be checked.
Turn right from there and pass through the Secure Access Door. Proceed onwards and walk up the stairs. As you go onwards, destroying the robots, you will find an elevator on your right.
In the Elevator, you have to choose the Roof Access, which is the first option that comes.
Get out of the Elevator upon reaching the Roof Access Acres. Then take the right, reaching the Vents. Open those Vents and you will find two Fans. One is on top of you and the other one is on the bottom.
