The best-selling novel is coming to big screens. Netflix is working on a film based on the famous novel by Taylor Jenkins released in 2017. Liz Tigelaar will write the screenplay for the upcoming movie. Tigelaar is known for creating “Little fires everywhere” for Hulu, the series even received an Emmy. Tigelarr is also working on another project based on Reid’s other book “Mailbu rising”. The series will release on Hulu.
There were rumors about Freeform developing a series based on “The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo ” but it seems like they abandoned the idea. The news about the upcoming film was revealed on Netflix’s official Instagram account.
However, fans suggested that Netflix should create a limited series of seven episodes instead of a movie.
