There are a lot of big names attached to the project. Chris Evans is playing “Llyod Hansen” the villain for the upcoming movie. Chris Evans revealed his thoughts about playing a negative character in the movie in an interview with Empire;

“It does seem that I’ve aggressively gone 180 [degrees] from Steve Rogers, But it just kind of unfolded that way. I love the Russos, and I’ll pretty much do anything they ask me to do, And this is a character I’ve never been able to play. He’s so liberated and free and honest. What I like about him is that you should almost fear his smile more than his scowl.”

The Russo brothers directed the upcoming movie. The Russo brothers have also directed four MCU movies. Evans has worked with the directors before on Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Endgame.

In addition, Ana De Armas will star as Dani Miranda, a CIA agent who will help Llyod Hansen to capture Gentry. However, it’s not the first time Armas is starring alongside Evans and Gosling. Moreover, Other cast members include Jessica Henwick, Billy Bob Thornton, Alfre Woodard, Dhanush, Scoot Haze, and Rege-Jean Page, who is famous for playing Simon Basst on Netflix’s hit series “Bridgerton”.

“The Gray Man” sequel

The Russo Brother’s revealed in an interview with Empire that they want to change “The Grayman” into a cinematic universe;

“We never want to jinx it, But we’re already thinking through where it goes from here. We like to build out worlds, and we would rather gamble on the upside and put the energy and time in to build out that universe prior to the release, so that the ideas are more germane and organic. That’s how you build out a more complex mosaic narrative.”
