Devi had a lot of crazy moments in the second season of the show. A new character was also introduced in the show. The show is still trending in the Top 10 globally. Gigi Hadid did a voice-over for an episode. Hadid revealed the news on her Instagram account. Fans were both shocked and confused when the model announced that she is going to be a narrator for an episode.
What Will Happen In Never Have I Ever Season 3?
The show ended with a twist. After dating both Ben and Paxton at the same time and all the drama with new “Mulsim” Indian girl “Aneesa” over her ex Ben. Devi reunited with Paxton. After witnessing that, ben muttered that Paxton has always been her first choice to which Elanor, revealed that Devi wanted to be with Ben at some point. It seems like Ben has feelings for Devi. This will complicate things between Devi and Aneesa who just became friends after Devi started the rumor that Aneesa is anorexic.
Jaren Lewison, who played Ben on the show revealed during an interview with TVline:
I think it’s hard to say. Devi… represents everything that Ben’s looking for. Ben is looking for someone who’s really smart and confident and a little wild, that can push him and challenge him both personally and academically. It seems like Ben still has feelings for Devi. It will definitely complicate things for her in the next season. We will also see if Devi’s mom will get back together with Dr. Jackson.
Why did Gigi Hadid narrate the second season?
Chrissy Teign was going to narrate the episode, but she was asked to step away due to her bullying scandal.
A spokesperson for Netflix said this:
“Chrissy Teigen has decided to step away from a guest voiceover role in one episode of the upcoming second season of Never Have I Ever. The role is expected to be recast.” Chrissy Teigen later apologised for her comments, admitting “I was a troll, full stop”.
However, the job was offered to Gigi Hadid. She is not the only famous celebrity who narrated the episode for the show. Andy Samberg also narrated Ben’s episode in season one. Fans are excited about who will be the special celebrity guess in season 3. However, there is going to be a special appearance in the next season as well. But, it is not revealed yet.
