Riverdale is a CW’s teen-drama TV show on CW, also airing on Netflix weekly. There are currently 3 seasons of Riverdale released, and 4th is ongoing. Riverdale Season 4 first episode was a tribute to Luke perry, who died in 2019. This season was basically about Jughead faking his own death in order to find truth about Stonewall Prep and it’s students.
We finally got the know the truth about the scene in which Archie and Veronica stumble upon Betty holding a rock over Jughead’s dead body. We saw the same scene in Season 3 finale, and also some flash-forwards in Season 4, which made fans really curious, What really happened to Jughead?

Riverdale Season 4 Episode 17 “Wicked Little Town” is another musical episode, fans were really furious that Kevin didn’t get enough screen-time in season 4. The latest episode was all about Kevin and Variety show. Kevin wanted to perform on adult-themed music “Hedwig“, however, Principal Honey was against it.
What happened in Riverdale Season 4 Episode 17 “Wicked Little Town”?
It was basically Riverdale’s Musical Episode, however, we got to see few plot twists in this episode. The Stonewall prep investigation plot is finally over, and the high-school drama plot is back. We got to see the formation of “The Archies” finally. Also, Betty and Jughead, Archie and Veronica got into a fight in this episode. Veronica asked Archie not to discuss his father’s disease with her father, but Archie couldn’t resist when Hiram was nearly crushed from the weight in Gym, luckily Archie was there to save him.
Because of the fight, Betty and Archie were rehearsing for the music on their own without Jughead and Veronica. In a heated moment, Barchie moment happened, Archie and Betty kissed again. This happened before when they were convincing that Jughead is dead, which they later revealed that it was all just a show. But now it seems, writers are turning Bughead into Barchie. The scene didn’t make any sense as this was a musical episode. Maybe they wanted a plot twist in the end.
Some food for thought- You don’t have to agree or support Betty’s choices, but she’s a young girl. And she’s figuring herself out, just like everyone else in the world. And sometimes people do bad things. #riverdale

Riverdale S04E18 Lynchian Release Date
There will be no episode of Riverdale next week. The series will return with an episode “Lynchian” in two weeks on 30th April.
From the promo of 4×18, it seems they are continuing their secret relationship, and are not going to tell Jughead and Veronica about it anytime soon.
