“Secret Obsession” Netflix movie Review.

Secret Obsession released this summer on Netflix. It starred Brenda Song. She used to appear as London Tipton in Suite Life of Zack and Cody.

Secret obsession is packed with thrill and even tho people have watched many movies like these it still did well at Netflix.

The review might contain spoilers for the movie so if you are planning to watch then proceed at your own risk.

Fast Plot: Secret Obsession

Yes, the movie is really fast. Within the first few minutes of the movie, you will come across a chilling thrilling scene. The movie is a good addition to your watch list. As you do not have to worry about slow plot horror movies where thrill starts after the half movie is passed.

Secret Obsession

The movie does not keep you fooled, the plot is simple easy and you will figure out the whole movie in a few seconds.

Obvious Plot:

Another thing which might be a little annoying or irritating. The obvious plot of the movie. The audience might guess something bigger but in the end. it’s the same. A detective with a haunting past makes it his responsibility to take bring back the kidnaped girl.

There is nothing to guess. You will know what will happen at every step of the movie but the movie has some shocking points as well.

Not so scary Villian:

The villain was not scary at all. He seemed like an average obsessive psychopath like in every scary movie.

He gave chances after chances to the girl leaving her in the same situation over and over again which was kind of funny and thrilling at the same time to watch. You can consider it as a soft-hearted thrill. You can watch it with your friends who do not like watching horror movies.

Secret Obsession Worth Watching?

Yes, you should watch this. The movie-like said before it light-hearted thrill so you can watch it in a calming afternoon if you are looking for some thrill.

Movie Review from other Sources:

With more concern for logic and tight plotting, this well-performed and photographed thriller might have worked; but gaps in both, along with a hackneyed villain, weaken the story and its impact.

Secret Obsession is not very secret, nor a film anyone’s likely to obsess much over.
