At some point in life, everyone experiences an embarrassing and soul-crushing discomfort of explaining the birds and the bees to their parents. Netflix Sex Education is a Netflix Original, casting Gillian Anderson named Jean Milburn, a therapist, the show cycles around her son named Otis acted by Asa Butterfield. Otis is slightly conservative, unlike his open-minded mother. He is a little hesitant in coming forward until he along with his friends makes their sex-therapy medical center for their class fellows. This show is worth watching due to its fun cast. You might also grab some heartfelt life lessons from its core crop of children. The series is all about expanding your mind and accepting your difference.
There are currently two seasons of Netflix Sex Education. However, Sex Education Season 3 was renewed. The show was supposed to return this January but because of the pandemic, the release date was delayed. During the production Asa Butterfield said:
It’s quite hard to keep the two-meter distance when you’re kissing someone or doing anything else. I’m sure that’s something they have realized. As well as that, when you’re on a set making film and TV, there are so many parts to this machine. It will make it incredibly difficult to enforce a rule around quarantine, but you have to because this virus is going to be around for ages. Luckily that’s not my job to figure those things out.
Back in September 2020, the show creators confirmed that the show is under production. In December, the show’s official Twitter account posted:

In an interview with Digital Spy, Asa Butterfield (Otis) said:
It didn’t go where I anticipated it to,” he added. “A few things have changed. I’m excited.
Season 2 of the show ended with a huge cliffhanger, Otis finally was able to confess to Maeve “It’s you,” he said. “It’s always been you. I love you”. However, Isaac deleted the evidence. In an interview with The Guardian, Asa Butterfield revealed a bit about the plot:
“There’s a bit of a time-jump since the season two cliffhanger,” Butterfield said. “Otis is back at school but he’s got different things on his plate. He’s grown up a bit and become slightly sassier. It’s been fun to portray his newfound charisma. Don’t worry, though, he’s still tragically awkward too.”
Almost all the previous actors are back in the Sex Education Season 3. However, they introduced new cast too.
