Spider-Man 3 is Marvel’s most awaited film of 2021. According to the studio, the movie is going to air on the big screens in December 2021. The movie is hyped because of the return of previous Spider-Man actors, Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield. Sony and Disney had some trouble in the past. But, fans are glad that things worked out for both Sony and Disney.
Tom Holland says that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield Rumors are not true and they are not a part of Spider-Man 3. The rumors started last year, that Marvel Cinematic Universe is going to introduce the multiverse concept in the upcoming movies. The film is currently under production in Atlanta. Fans believe that Wandavision will at some point open a portal that will allow Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man to travel to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, Tom Holland the main actor behind the MCU’s Spider-Man denied those rumors. He says:
No, no, they will not be appearing in this film. Unless they have hidden the most massive piece of information from me, which I think is too big of a secret for them to keep from me. But as of yet, no. It’ll be a continuation of the Spider-Man movies that we’ve been making.
In an interview with Esquire, Tom Holland denied those rumors. However, fans still believe that Holland is lying or perhaps he does not know about the crossover either. Disney might be trying to hide it from Tom Holland too. He also said:
I honestly have no idea what this film is about and I’m eight weeks into shooting it. … They do it all the time. In [Endgame], Downey Jr.’s funeral scene, for the longest time I was under the impression that it was a wedding. I’m 100 percent sure that they’re still tricking me.
