Spider Man is reportedly out of the Marvel Cinematic Universe because of conflicts going on between Sony and Disney.
It’s really sad to hear that Spider Man’s days as an avenger are over.
Disney wanted to renew its partnership with Sony but they asked for a raise in partnership. They asked for a 50% partnership, which Sony didn’t agree too.

Tom Holland was one of the favorite Marvel Avenger of the Marvel Fans. Most of the fans are going crazy on twitter.

Will there be any more Spider Man Movies?
Sony will continue Tom Hollands series however Disney won’t a part of it anymore hence we won’t be seeing any collab between Spider Man and other Avengers.

How is this going to affect Avengers?
Spider Man just became one of the main characters of Marvel Avengers, after the death of Tony Stark in Avengers Endgame, Spider Man had to take his place as the saviour of the world which we saw on Far From Home. Also in that movie, there is suspense hanging on if you have seen the post-credit scene.
This is going to change a lot of things for Disney. Every MCU character in Spider Man Universe will be off-limits to Sony now which will obviously limit their movies.
It’s saddening for all of us as he was our favorite. Also, who is going to carry on Tony Stark’s legacy? As he was supposed to carry on his work in the future Marvel movies. It was really a bad idea for both of them and both of the companies are now on a huge loss.
