So, every RTX holder wants to get a glimpse of what those RTX Turned ON beautiful graphics look like. For that, your best contender is none other than Star Wars Jedi Survivor. The game looks completely stunning, we got to give a score on that. But, the issue is that Star Wars Jedi Survivor crashes with Ray Tracing (RT) Turned ON. Not only is the game horrible on that, but Koboh and Jedha in Jedi Survivor are basically unplayable. Not that they weren’t but with RT ON it takes the replayability to the next level.

What’s the issue with Ray Tracing?

Honestly, I don’t even know it myself and it would be highly likely that EA doesn’t know it either because they aren’t working on fixing it, as per my knowledge.

After reading through multiple forums, and articles, and watching videos, there is a high chance it is related to cache, XMP, card frequency, and some other stuff.

On the other hand, it could be something different, because it works for someone and then again it doesn’t work for others. Let’s talk about the things that can fix Ray Tracing for Star Wars Jedi Survivor.

When you are in Koboh and Jedha with Ray Tracing Turned On, you see those beautiful water textures, hair, and strands, and everything is just clear.

As soon as you start moving around in the game, you see yourself falling into an endless abyss of crashes. The game doesn’t perform well and on top of that, it crashes.

Steps to Fix it!

In order to Fix Star Wars Jedi Survivor Crashes with Ray Tracing, you have to follow the steps below;

  • Verify the Cache or Game File on Steam
  • In the options Disable your XMP
  • Go to Graphics Card settings and Downclock it to -150mHz
  • Turn off the Film Grains
  • If you are on an Nvidia, keep 256MB free because Ray Tracing will read the free VRAM incorrectly
