The Vampire Diaries sadly had to end back in 2017. It was one of the famous TV shows. No doubt it was that loved even after many people disliked the concept of vampires. But the show gained a lot of love and fans because of its interesting plot. Not only the plot contributed to the greatness of the Vampire diaries but the iconic bond between Ian Somerhalder and paul Wesely also won a lot of hearts. Well, Ian is returning back to the vampire world with his new series V-Wars. V-wars is going to be released in less than a week.
Nikki Reed Ian’s wife is also going to be part of this project. Both of them have kept information to themselves. But, there is an Instagram dedicated to the new series. We will see if the show is going to be loved like The vampire diaries. Of course, Ian’s acting is always on amazing and attention grabbing.
The cast of V-Wars
Sadly, Ian is the only Vampire Diaries actor in this project. However, in the future who knows. But, Nikki Reed is also going to be in the series. She is going to play Ian’s character’s wife. However, the series is short and interesting. Arian Holmes is also going to play Michael. He is going to play Dr.Luther’s best friend and has a vital role in the series as well.
Plot
The plot is not similar to the vampire diaries. It is not known yet if Ian’s character will transform into a vampire or not. But Dr. Luther is going to find a cure for the disease which turns people into zombies.
Micahel is his friend with the vampire disease and Dr. Luther is going to work on the cure of the disease. Micahel wants to turn people into vampires and wants to create his own vampire army to destroy the whole of mankind.
He will stop Micahel from his horrifying deed and who knows ends being the vampire himself.
Episodes and Seasons
There are going to be 10 episodes for this season now. However, the vampire diaries was quite a soap drama series but this one is quite different and it is going to be a short series.
Release Date of V-Wars
The series will release on Netflix on 5 December. it is so near and we cannot wait to see Ian back on our screens with another vampire fantasy. It is perfect for binge-watching this holiday season.
