Heathen’s Keep Dungeon Location
So, the first step is to find Heathen’s Keep Dungeon. In order to do so, you will have to travel towards the Hawezar area and then to the Dismal Foothills. Keep in mind that you need to be Level 60 in order to go through this dungeon effortlessly.

Rewards
You will get the Aspect of Numbing Wrath after completing this dungeon on your own. This aspect will boost your fury. Every time fury is used, there is a Fortify, ending at a maximum of 6.
How to Complete Heathen’s Keep Dungeon in Diablo 4
Heathen’s Bastion – 3 High Inquisitors
The first starting location is Heathen’s Bastion is Heathen’s Keep Dungeon. You will have to slay three high inquisitors here.
First High Inquisitor Location
At the lower end of the map, you need to proceed and follow onwards. At the end of the room, you will come across a high inquisitor. In the image below, you will find a marked area with the first inquisitor.
Second High Inquisitor Location
Now, moving on from the spot, you have to proceed towards the left and then from there down the stairs.
Take the path from the stairs to the door above and you will find a closed area.
Go to the area in the image below and you will find the Second High Inquisitor at the end of the room.
Third High Inquisitor
Go back from the Second High Inquisitor area and you will find the Third High Inquisitor, just like in the image below.
Opening Locked Door
After you are done with the Three High Inquisitors, you will have to go and open the locked door. It is present at the location where you find a bridge leading to the castle’s inside.
Inner Sanctum
The area onwards is referred to as the Inner Sanctum and you will have to travel towards the end of that. Onwards, take the stairs above and go right.
You will find the shrine there and it will give you a buff of “Enemies drop gold when hit”.
The Butcher
Now, moving onward, you will find a ton of enemies there. Stick to the right side and then to the bottom. Ultimately, you will come across The Butcher. Defeat this Dungeon Boss and you will be in the position defined in the image below.
Now, go back and go through the unknown area. Pass through the locked door at the bottom left side, climbing the stairs.
Blood Bishop
Just as you proceed onwards, you will find yourself fighting the Blood Bishop. He is the Final Boss of the Heathen’s Keep Dungeon.
