Getting Salt Begets Salts
The first step is to get the quest itself. Actually, it is in the Dry Steppes – Untamed Scarps. You need to be above Level 55 to do the quest generously easily. To make things easier, we have an image below to help you out.

Finding Tuji Location in Qara Yisu Ruins
You will have to find Tuji who is in the Ruins of Qara Yisu. So, you need to pack your stuff and then go to the Ruins. Below, we got an image to help you out as well.
