Players Are Seeing Google Maps Earth in Lethal Company

Lethal Company is a one-man show and quite an open game where players can mod it, allowing a total of 20 players into the mix as well. Alongside that, players can enhance the graphics and put extras in there just for some fun. But, recently, there have been videos of players viewing Earth in Lethal Company through the Google Maps 360 Perspective. How do players get this perspective and is it true? Let’s get into the discussion below.

How to See Earth in Lethal Company?

In video games, there is a skybox, where you get out of the game’s design and view certain things including the game’s map, or the stuff it was built on.

Lethal Company players can use the Jetpack to fly vertically in the sky and when they get out of the map, they see Earth in Google Maps perspective.

So, Lethal Company’s Skybox is Google Maps. How Zeekerss did it and why is it so, is beyond my knowledge as I am not a game developer, but below I have a video attached to help you understand it.

Reddit’s Response to Lethal Company Earth Map

The same videos of players showing Earth in Lethal Company were put in Reddit Forums, and the replies are hilarious.

  • Some of the players are saying that the quota was met and the worker came back
  • Others are mentioning that the worker failed so many times that the company fired the worker
  • While the truth is that, you are just out of the game’s map design and into the stuff it was built over, which is Google Maps 360.
