Introduction to Starfield
Starfield is sometimes referred to as one of the most anticipated games of 2023, or some even refer to it as Game of the Decade. In either case, the titles given to this game speak for themselves.
Starfield was developed by the masters themselves, going by the name of “Bethesda Games Studios”, and published by “Bethesda Softworks”, who are known to create some other masterpieces like Fallout, Skyrim, and Can’t Forget Doom.
Taking place in a Space Theme this time, you have a futuristic world. This means you can travel from one planet to another in a completely different environment and time.
On top, you have your very own futuristic equipment like Space Ships, and vehicles used to travel on grounds/air. You start the game as a miner, who works in the Settled Systems, as Exploration is something that was done in the past.
But, you are different, as you love to explore things and discover something completely new on your own. Each path you take in the game will basically pave a different route for you. So make up your mind before you jump into anything.
Should you Go with High Budget Ship or Low Budget Ship when Talking to Jules – Getting Kelpar R
Talk to Walter Stroud (Completed High Price to Pay)
You need to start off by visiting the Lodge, which is located in the New Atlantis, and you will investigate the Over Design side quest in Starfield.
To unlock this Quest, you need to first complete the High Price to Pay mission and head over to the Walter Stroud. Speak to this handsome man.
Go with High Budget Ship or Low Budget Ship
This mission aims to help design a new ship in Starfield. To do this, you will have to travel to the Stroud Eckland Star Yard and speak with Jules. You will be given a choice of Designing a Ship that’s low-budget or throwing a Kitchen Sink at it.
Therefore, you are going to utilize your persuasion skills here to Choose the High Budget Ship, while talking to Jules. That’s how you can get the Keplar R in Starfield.
If you are choosing the Lower Budget option here, you are going to get the lower version of the Ship, known as the Keplar S, which isn’t that great to begin with.
While you might be able to do this in one try, we recommend you save the game yourself before doing it. In this way, if you mess up, you can always reload the previous save and get the Keplar R this time.
Get Bounty Hunt Mission and Escort Mission
Next up, you need to do a Bounty Hunt Mission, and also an Escort Mission. To get them, head over to the Mission Board. As always, make a save game before you do this.
You can pick a mission of your choice, but you can go with the “Destroy The Crimson Fleet Wight at TAU Ceti” one.
Complete the Mission and Give Feedback
Make sure you do both of these Optional Side Missions; “Complete a Passenger Mission”, and “Give Feedback on the Team’s Proposals”. In case you didn’t do one of them or failed one of them, you will be presented with the Keplar S, which is something you don’t want even as a Free Ship.
Next up, there is an option to give All the Team members feedback. Make sure you are giving them positive feedback, or give Feedback to Jules herself as well.
When you talk to each other again, Jules is going to say that the Team is still not in agreement about handing over the ship. There is going to be a dialogue choice here, and you should go with the one that says “Everyone makes a compromise”.
Talk to Walter (Getting Keplar R in Starfield)
You are all set for now, therefore, go and talk to Walter. He will give you First Ship off the Assembly Line, for free. If you do this the way we mentioned, then you will get Starfield Best Free Ship – Keplar R (Missable). But, in case you do this wrong, you will get the Keplar S, which is honesty trash.
So, in short, when you talk to Jules and choose High Budget Ship, you will have more chances of getting Keplar R, a higher version of the Keplar Ship. On the other side, when you choose Low Budget Ship, you will have more chances of getting the Keplar S, a lower version of the ship.
