Once you’re inside the Abandoned Industrial Compound on Jemison, locate a ramp with orange crates leading up to a red-lit room. There will be an airlock inside the room. Interact with it to enter a larger room with a bunch of storage tanks and other machines.
Make your way to the orange door-like structure on the right-hand side of this room. Interact with the console next to it to reveal another room with a bunch of storage shelves and crates. Go through the door on the other side of this room.
