Doctor Location 1 in Starfield New Atlantis
Get under the Atlantis City, and take the left side. Take the Elevator to the Well area.
Get out of the elevator and go straight. As you are going, you will find the Medic on your right.
Get inside the Medic Bay present in the Well Area of New Atlantis. Inside, you will find O’Shea, who is the First Doctor that you will find in Starfield Jemison New Atlantis.

Go inside the Reliant Medical Office, and stick to your right side. Open the door and come inside. You will find a male named Dr. Alexi Lebedev. He is in a white coat.
