What is Accursed Touch in “Season of the Blood”?
Accursed Touch is a new Vampire Power, one of the few Major Abilities in the game’s new season 2. It grants you two major abilities up-front, being the Lucky Hit and the Vampiric Curse.
To actually use it, you need to have the 6 Divinities, and afterward, you will be able to cast out the curse.
Accursed Touch Lucky Hit
You can put Vampire Curse on the foes, having a 44 percent infliction chance. The enemies that are hit with the curse have a 15 percent chance to further make the attack an AOE (Area of Effect), dealing damage and spreading to the enemies around them.
The enemies that are inflicted by the Lucky Hit Curse will get 200 percent more damage from the Accursed Soul.
Accursed Touch Vampire Curse
When you kill an enemy that is hit with the Vampire Curse through the Accursed Touch, you will be able to store the enemy’s soul. You can stack these souls and when using abilities like Macabre, Agility Skill, or Defense, then you will unleash the souls.
These souls will in-return damage the enemies that are close by. While that might be the case, the maximum amount of souls you can store through the Vampire Curse is 8.

How to Get Accursed Touch in Diablo 4 Season 2?
There is only one way to get the Accursed Touch in Diablo 4, which is by playing the Blood Harvest, a new Season of Blood event, and reaching Tier 9. Upon reaching Tier 9 in Season of Blood, Blood Harvest, you will unlock Accursed Touch Major Vampiric Ability/Power.
