You need to visit this Hunt Board to figure out how to find the Mageth Brothers. Once you do, you’ll see a flyer about this notorious mark. It describes the sighting of a lone rowing boat making land off the coast of Port Isolde. The boat’s occupants wear the garb and speak the language of the Iron Kingdom Crusaders.
The only assumption is that these Crusaders have come to take revenge on Cid the Outlaw for destroying what they hold dear. The flyer advises against all travel to the area, afraid of the Crusaders killing or capturing in retaliation.
