After you have the SP-X 80 Sniper Rifle, you can simply head to the battleground and kill 15 Operators or Commanders.
There are builds available that you can utilize for the SP-X 80 you just got. We recommend you get the quick ADS one for the fast finish.
Then, there are multiple routes here as well, you can take to complete the Phalanx Rifle Some Feathers Mission. There is the Pacifist route, the Aggressive route, and then the mixed one.
