In order to find the enemy or opponent that you actually have to damage while sliding or crouching, you will have to go to the Landmark Berb Barge area.

When you go to the location we mentioned above, you will find a person that you can interact with. Talk to the guy, and you both will fight one another.
At that moment, you will have to simply take down his shield and then damage him while crouching or when you are sliding around.
The quest is that you have to “only damage him while you are crouching or sliding.” This means you don’t have to do the whole thing while you are crouching or sliding.
Just take out your gun and damage the guy while you are crouching, then you can get close to him and use the shotgun to take him down.
