Find Fuse in Kalevala Knights Workshop Safe Room
First of all, you need to Find the Fuse from the Kalevala Knights Workshop Safe Room. It is beside the table. Below, we have an image to help you out.
Go to Espresso Express
After you have the Fuse, you need to Head out of the Workshop and beside the Huotari Well. Now, enter the Espresso Express from there. Refer to the image below.

As soon as you enter the Espresso Express in Alan Wake 2, you need to go right, off the track and going onwards. You will find a fuse there. Put the Fuse from the Kalevala Workshop Safe Room in there.
Start the Ride
Now, head up to the Ride and start it. Next up, you need to stop the ride in a position that allows you to get the Circuit Board behind it. There is a broken ride shuttle that you can use to make an entrance.

After you put the fuse, start the ride in the Espresso Express Park, you can start the ride, and behind it, you will find the Circuit Board. Head down, and then under the rid, you will find an entrance to the Circuit Board.
