Solving Marunweem Lake Treasure Vault Chess Puzzle
The big name might scare you but, the process of actually getting the Treasure Vault in the Marunweem Lake is easy. Just head out to the Marunweem Lake and from there go to the location we pin-pointed in the image above.
Opening the Treasure Vault
Go to the Marunweem Location where you have the small device and up-front the path is broken down. Use Revelio on the Location and you will find out that it is an Activation Device. Keep in mind the location because you will have to get back to it.
Getting the Box
Go back around the path to the fireplace alongside the camp and use Revelio again there. It will reveal a Locked Box. Use Alohomora on the Locked Cage to enter the Lockpicking mini-game
How to Open Locked Cage by Lockpicking?
- Rotate the Green Outer Circle until Green Botton Gear starts glowing and rotating
- Rotate the Red Inner Circle until the Red Middle Gear starts glowing and rotating
- Hold the Circles in the exact position for some seconds and it will unlock the door, resulting in your Playing the Lockpick Minigame and completing in Hogwarts Legacy.
Putting Box on Trap
- Now pick up the Box using Wingardium Leviosa
- Take it back to the place we started from
- Put it on the Trap to open it
- Use Glacius to freeze it and you will activate it

- Use Revelio to reveal the Blue Object
- That object is actually a chair and picks it up using Wingardium Leviosa
- Use Transformation to turn that Chair into a Statue
- Pick up that Statue using WIngardium Leviosa and put it on the Left side of the Middle White peace (Left to Right). Just like in the image above!
