Ships Not Appearing in Starfield

When you have the ability to steal from someone else, then another person has the ability to steal from your fleet as well. There are a few things you can try to reappear your ship in Starfield

Take out the Ship’s Cargo, as you can get into the Ship Builder without it actually not appearing.
Get on to any other ship, as it will turn it into your home ship. Get to the shop and modify the ship that does not appear in Starfield.
Taking the weapon off from the disappeared ship will make it reappear.
Change something to ship from the Ship Modification, making it reappear.
Open the Scanner and look for the Symbol of the Ship. Use it to fast travel on the Ship
