Fear not, Tarnished one! This guide will illuminate the path, leading you to all six Seedbed Curses scattered across the Lands Between.
What are Seedbed Curses?
Think of Seedbed Curses as the dark side of Erdtree blessings. They represent the power of despair and are key to unlocking the Dung Eater’s hidden agenda. You’ll need five Seedbed Curses to complete his questline, but there are six out there for completionists and those who crave a deeper understanding of the game’s lore.
All Six Seedbed Curses in Elden Ring
Leyndell Royal Capital – Outer Wall
Start from the East Capital Rampart Site of Grace and head south towards the building with Oracle Envoys. Inside, defeat the Perfumer and climb the ladder to find the curse on a corpse.
Leyndell Royal Capital – Fortified Manor
Head to the Fortified Manor in Leyndell’s west side. Exit the front door and move clockwise until you find a wooden structure you can jump onto. Enter the upper floor, which resembles the Roundtable Hold. In the Dung Eater’s room, find the curse on another corpse.
Volcano Manor – Audience Chamber
Progress through Volcano Manor until you reach the Audience Chamber Site of Grace. Drop down the central platform and navigate the cage maze carefully. Before reaching the bottom, drop down again to find the curse on a corpse.
Hidden Path to the Haligtree – Consecrated Snowfield
Locate the Consecrated Snowfield Minor Erdtree and activate its mechanism. This reveals a hidden path leading to the Haligtree. Explore the path until you find the Consecrated Snowfield Catacombs. Defeat the Cleanrot Knight guarding the chest to obtain the curse.
Haligtree – Consecrated Snowfield Mausoleum
In the Haligtree, locate the Consecrated Snowfield Mausoleum Site of Grace. Ride the spectral lift up and fight the Omenkiller. The Seedbed Curse awaits in the chest behind him.
Alternate Leyndell Royal Capital – Fortified Manor
If you’ve completed the Erdtree burning, the “normal” Leyndell changes. Head to the Fortified Manor and outside, find a shack guarded by a Gargoyle. Defeat it to access the curse hidden beneath.
You only need five Seedbed Curses to complete Dung Eater’s questline. The sixth is optional but can be useful for certain endings.
