Check Server Status
The issue is with the servers and one of the best things to do at the moment is to check the server status. You can head over to the Diablo 4 X (Formally Twitter), and from there check out the server status.

Start or Switch to another Profile

Verify Game Files on Battlenet and Steam
- In Steam Launcher>App Properties>Files, you will find an option to Verify Game Files. Click on that to check back on the missing files, and repair them.
