Locating the Portrait

The request note will give you a small clue in the form of a photo of Ramon’s throne. From there, head past the Ballroom toward the Antechamber and then into the Throne Room. Once you’re in the Throne Room, head to the throne and check either side of it to spot Ramon’s portrait.

Firstly, you’ll receive a request asking you to deface Ramon’s portrait with a small photo of his throne. Don’t worry if you haven’t been to the room before, it’s quite simple once you know how. Head past the Ballroom toward the Antechamber, then into the Throne Room to find the location in the photograph.

Once you’re there, approach the throne and check either side to spot Ramon’s portrait. But hold your fire! Shooting won’t do the trick. Instead, pick up any type of egg (yes, there’s a reason the chickens are in the room), equip it, and throw it at the painting. And voila! Ramon’s portrait is now defaced.

Getting the Reward

Once you’ve completed the task, head back to the nearest Merchant to claim your reward. You’ll find four Spinels waiting for you. But be sure to complete this task before moving on to the Clock Tower or it’ll be too late. If you’ve recently fought Krauser, head back to the Castle and complete this request before proceeding.

Conclusion

Defacing Ramon Salazar’s portrait is just one of the many tasks that Resident Evil 4 Remake has to offer. It may seem like a daunting task at first, but with a little perseverance, it’s not difficult to complete. So grab an egg, head to the Throne Room, and deface that portrait!
