Steps
- Reach the Green Magical Circle.
- Go through the Portal to reach Ukouh Shrine “The Ability to Create”.
- Use Ultra Hand to grab the broken wall on your right and put it on the ground upfront.
- For the second, use your Ultra Hand to pick one wall, spin it and put it at the edge of another wall, combining the both.
- Now proceed and use Ultrahand on the wooden wall on your left, spin it flat and drop it.
- Pick up the Hook with your Ultrahand and attach it with the Wooden Wall.
- Grab the Hook attached to the Chain and then attach it with the hook on the Wooden Wall (both of each end in the centre)
- Using it, you can just rail your way to the end and complete the Ukouh Shrine Puzzle.
