You should start off from the following location in the area.
As you are standing, there will be a meditation point and ton of computers around. Proceed onwards to the door, taking the elevator up.
After getting out of the Elevator, you need to stick left. As you proceed, you will find a drop area on your left and drop from there. Look on the other side and you will find an entrance.

Stick to your right and climb on the area. In the end, you need to jump below to towards the building but remain left on a pole jumping point.
