The first thing that you need to do is simply get the Bound by Blood Quest started
Getting the Quest
Get the Bound by Blood Quest from Lecthan. He will tell you the whole story and will guide you on whom to meet next.
Speaking to Priest Matvey
Speak to the Priest Matvey in Diablo 4. He is beside the first person you talked to, near the statue.
Talk to the Guard Cvetko
