Talking to Ominis
Go to the catacombs and just outside, you will find Ominis. Talk to him and he will tell you to talk to Sebastian
Finding and Talking to Sebastian
Go inside the Catacombs after talking to Ominis. As you walk through, you will find a big open room and at the center of the room, you will find a big table. There are Inferi there, so be careful while progressing.
After you get rid of the Inferis, you will have to take the path towards the other room and again get rid of the Inferis. Again pass this room to the other one and follow the path
Building Stairs of Bones
This is the room where you will have to solve the Stairs of Bones Puzzle by building a set of stairs using the bones. Use Accio on your left and right to pull all the bones out.
Afterward, use Wingardium Leviosa on these bones and put them in the middle to make stairs of bones.
Now, you will find Sebastian in the quest “The Shadow of the Relic”. Interact to talk to him
Follow Sebastian
Now you will have to fight with Solomon in order to go onwards. Simply Follow Sebastian and you will get out of the Catacombs. Interact with him once more.
