To get the Beast Mastery Rune, you need to follow the steps in their order. You will have to go to the location mentioned below. Here in the vicinity, loot Goretusk Haunch from the Goretusk Mobs that are found in the Westfall region.
After you get the Goretusk Haunch, head to some Cayote Dwelling Spawn Silverspur and use it as bait. Defeat the Cayote to get the Hunter Alliance Beast Mastery Rune in WoW SoD.
