How to Get Arresto Momentum in Hogwarts Legacy
In order to learn Arresto Momentum, you will have to complete Assignment 2 of Madam Kogawa. Below, we will help you out in taking the path step by step;
Practice Flying Near the Spires
The first thing that you will have to do is Practice Flying on a Broom near the Spires area. You have to do this 5 times in order to complete Task 1 for Madam Kogawa’s Assignment 2.
When you are in the Spires, you will find Balloons flying in the air. You just have to take out your Broom fly to them and they will pop off. After popping off 5 Balloons, you will hear “There you go”. It means the task is done.

Practice Flying Near the Keenbridge Tower

Just Pop off some Balloons here in the Keenbridge Tower 5 times and you are good to go. When you have done the task, the character will say “That’s it”, meaning you have done it.
