How to Complete Todd Riordan’s Academic Research The Three Draconic Transformations
This is quite a long quest in the game. You will have to take pictures of multiple objects and talk to Todd afterward. Let’s get to collecting Todd Riordan’s Academic Research.
Take a Picture of High Statue
The first step here is to talk to Todd and then take a photo of the high elder statue. You can use the function button below to take that photo using your Honkai Star Rail Camera.
Take a Picture of Vidyadhara Egg
After that, you will have to go and take a photo of the Vidyadhara Egg as well. Proceed onwards down the stairs and you will find an egg onwards.
Now, it is time to take a photo of the Vidyadhara Historical Mural as well.
Take a Picture of Dragon Shaped Ray of Light
Finally, take a photo of the Dragon Shaped Ray of Light. As you take the route, you will find clouds shaped like a dragon and rays of light on them.
After all of this, you will have to go back and talk to Todd again. He will further give you tasks. Todd will take pictures from you and scrutinize them one by one.
Alchemy Commission Rubbing Locations
You need to collect the rubbing. Use the function button below to obtain the location information of the remaining marks.
Go to the Alchemy Commission and collect the remaining rubbings from there. Same as before you have to use the function button to trace them.
There is another Rubbing in the Alchemy Commission. From the sea view stairs, you will find the rubbing using your function button scan.
Again, go back and talk to Todd. He will take the pictures from you scrutinizing them one by one.
Collect Rubbings Locations in Scalegorge Waterscape
It is time to go to the Scalegorge Waterscape and collect the five Rubbings in that area.

Now, you have to again go back to Todd and talk to him. He will take the pictures from you Secrutenize them one by one.
Completing Honkai Star Rail Todd Riordan’s Academic Research
Todd will go with you and check out the Picture of High Statue, and the Egg. Afterward, you will have to go to the Picture of High Statue and there will be an envelope that you can investigate.
You will get Todd’s Notebook after investigating. Same as that, you need to go to the Egg and return the Notebook to Todd. As a reward, you will get the Erstwhile Resonance.
