So, if you’re wondering how to get this precious resource in Skull and Bones, fear not, as we’ve compiled a comprehensive guide to help you acquire saltpeter easily.
Evading Enemy Ships in the East Indies
East Indies is the region in the game (located on the top right side of the map) where you can find a lot of enemy ships carrying crude saltpeter. You can get this material by destroying these enemy ships and It would be better for you to use a spyglass so that you can determine whether the next ship contains crude saltpeter or not, thus saving you time before you decide to attack it. Or you can simply loot these settlements, shown in the picture below.
Trading With Silver
You can also trade silver to get crude saltpeter. You can trade it at multiple places. But some of them are mentioned below.
The first is in the Eastern Gate Sea Zone known as the Military – Rempah camp. You can see the exact location in the picture below. After reaching this location, go to the leader, and interact with him and you can trade crude saltpeter with silver. It will cost you 90 silver coins for a 1 Crude Partnership. The other location is in Chichomneah Jungle Zone where there will be a camp known as “Lost City of Prei” as you can see the exact location in the picture below. After reaching there, go to the leader and interact with him to trade the Crude Saltpeter.
These camps change their location after a certain amount of time. You can see the remaining time as well, after this, it will change its location.
