Kosuke Kato, who is the main animator of JJK Season 2, also tweeted. However, he deleted his tweet afterward, he said:

Is MAPPA in trouble?
MAPPA is putting a lot of pressure on the animators and this was the breaking point. With many famous animators leaving MAPPA studio and the reputation it got.
I think Jujutsu Kaisen will be given to another studio to animate. There is a high chance that after Episode 41 airs, there will be scheduling issues afterward.

Is JJK Episode 41 Delayed?
No, Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 41 is not delayed. It was animated before the tweets went viral. The whole reason for the meltdown was that the staff requested that they need a break and the episode should be delayed.
However, the request was denied and the episode is still scheduled to air on time.
